Yael came to us in the early stages of forming her business. While she had already designed her logo and business cards, she had an excellent vision of how she wanted to shape her brand and how a website would help launch of her business. Using Yael's existing logo, we created a set of page designs that not only showcased her amazingly delicious products but also brought in her personality at every point possible. The result: an award-winning website that will serve as the primary marketing tool for Yael!
Sugarland Bakery in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, came across the previous version of our Bakery Web Design website and immediately fell in love with the animated 3D cupcakes that we had on the homepage. While they had an effective website, Sugarland craved the 3D animation and wanted to further improve their existing website. We worked with Sugarland to create an appetizing 3D scene of their own that features their primary products: cupcakes, wedding cakes, and gelato. Additionally, we built a custom content management system (CMS) that allows them to manage their entire website quickly and easily as well as performed search engine optimization (SEO) to further improve their local search engine dominance.
Rose Petals Cakery contacted us with a desire to redesign their website. After discussing the goals for the redesign, we learned that she had beautiful products and a lot of picture to prove it. We tied in her existing branding and delivered a website with a much improved user experience that showcased multiple images of the past products on each and every page. The result? Much praise from her existing customers and more new customers!
The Cupcake Shoppe in Raleigh, North Carolina, contacted us with hopes to redesign their website. Their previous version was a bit dark; The Cupcake Shoppe wanted to lighten it up a bit, show off all of their delicious cupcakes, and give the user a reason to stay on their website. We did just that. We used their existing branding to design a website that was not only more user-friendly but also more inviting and engaging for the online visitor. Pages were added such as the photo gallery (which we also built a content management system to allow for day-to-day management of), FAQs, and press.
Washington DC's expert on cupcakes, Danielle Buckley, was a frequently interviewed expert in local and national media. She came to us with nothing but a well read blog and a solid reputation in hopes that she could build a distinct cupcake business in Washington DC's over saturated cupcake market.
From ground zero, we worked with Danielle to develop a creative brand strategy to ensure her business would stand apart from other local bakeries. Starting with her logo and business card design, we created a look that was fresh, inviting, and fun and incorporated it throughout the website itself. As a result, Danielle and her dessert business, Delleicious Desserts, shine through the thick fog of competition. From popular blogger to owner and baker, Danielle's expectations for its success has been far exceeded.
With an existing website and a medium size client base, Dolce Mia contacted Reef Light to redesign its website to attract new customers and showcase its amazingly delicious and beautiful mascarpone cheesecakes. To enable prospective customers to "drool over the fresh, phenomenal products", we designed a website that featured pictures of all of the products including a homepage scroll that highlights the cheesecakes immediately when the user visits the website. While the existing color scheme (pink and brown) is popular among bakeries nationwide, we had a great time producing a website that is "not only elegant but has a little bit of an edge to it".
